Which diet pills or work out plans worked best for you?
Question:
Answer:
I would be cautious of taking diet pills. The second you stop taking them you are risking your body having withdrawals and you will gain it all back if not more. Do you really want to be on diet pills the rest of your life?
I struggled with the same thing. Taking steoirds and illness put alot of weight on me. What worked really well for me was Weight Watchers. I liked it because its easy to continue long term and you can really eat what you want. Its up to me if I want to eat a slice of cake or two bowls of salad I just have to keep under a set point level. For someone like me who can't eat alot of veggies its a blessing.
Walking programs helped me too. I have theirs if you want to email me and I'll send it to you. Basically the doctor told me to start off at 15 mins of cardio three times a week. After two weeks bump that up to 4 times, then 5, 6 if you are really committed. After you are working out 15 mins 5 days a week you can start adding on 15 minutes every two weeks. When you get up to 40 mins of cardio at least 4 days a week without dizziness or anything you can start adding a little strength training with dumbells and stuff. It has worked wondefully for me and you lose weight faster because you do not shock your system and send it into starvation mode. If you do that your metabolism will drop and you will lose slow and put on easy.
My favorite exercise has been my Dance Dance Revolution game. I know its dorky but after a while on a treadmill I feel like a lab rat..games are fun so I WANT to do it.
