Over the counter diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
Let me tell you something okay. please do not think that i am yelling at because i am not. i am just going to tell you that you should not take the over the counter diet pills for these reasons: you might take them and not eat, you may not exericse like you are suppose to do, or both. you could possiably relay on them to much and end up taking them as supplements instead. we do not want you do that now do we.?
other reasons if you should take these pills follow these rules: eat 3 meals daily and every day, exericise about 30mins to hours after eating, and the pills should not be taking everyday maybe every 2 days or every other day.
we do not want to see you be skinny and boney and die. that would not be good at all.
what ever you deicied i am sure it for a good reason.
GOOD BLESS YOU SWEETIE.
herbalife works best!
can't give u a straight answer on that one
no, they do not work either! exercise monitor food.
Generally, if used as directed, but be sure to read all of the warnings.
Honey, the only thing that really works is limit your calorie intake and exercise every day. Check with a Dr. to develop a healthy diet plan for you! Weight Watchers is also a good place to start. Diet pills are usually never a good idea!
Trimspa Baybeee!!
Safe as they can be. Most of them have some sort of stimulant in them so make sure your heart can handle them. They do work though as far as an appetite suppressor. Make sure you're taking a good one a day.
There are not many that work and also some of them are dangerous. Truthfully they are a waste of money.
Read some of the lables on the over the counter diet pills. Did you know that technically diet companies do not have to tell the truth on wheather or not the pills work. Read the lables on most of them you will find that it is just some herbs and such that you can buy for about 1/8th of the price that you would buy the pills for. I suggest that you dont take them. They can not harm you but it is a waste of money. Good Luck,
I don't think they work and may cause other health problems. A healthy diet, exercise, and water is better.
had a friend have heart failure and pass away last month from diet pills. Please be carefull/
i think that most are. i have been using one that has hoodia in it and i think that it works great! used some before and i didn't like them, made me feel like i was on speed!! did a little research and found that chromium is supposed to help control blood sugar and craving for sweets. hoodia decreases your appetite. i also heard that staying away from caffeine helps to keep your sugar cravings down, so maybe skip the caffeine drinks and don't get any diet pills with caffeine in it. also, maybe get a multi-vitamin, they say that all your cravings come from a lack of certain vitamins or minerals. good luck to you!
Diet pills are filled with a lot of questionable crap. Many of their ingredients aren't all that bad.but the doses they provide are not healthy. That being said, many of the ingredients in diet pills ARE not safe.you'd be better off eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise.
