you dont need no diet pills. they are not good for the body. you dont have a clue what they do to your system. just eat health, exercise and live a clean life. diet pills may take weight off, you quit taking them after time but you never corrected the eating habit that made you put weight on,. you need to sit down, keep track of what you eat---every bite and make the changes from there.
