How can one get prescription diet pills? I cant seem to lose weight.?

That used to be my problem too. The only pill i used was XENICAL. But the problem here was when you take this pill (or any pill for that matter), it gives you the license to eat more rather than curb it. In effect, it doesn't help at all because it creates the feeling of dependency (not addiction though).

Afraid of losing too much oil or fat or other nutrients which our body essentially needs, I stopped taking it long ago, and decided a more healthier approach, YES, EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISE.

A quick weight loss is not advisable because the body needs to adapt to the change. It is like teaching a child his ABCs. Time is of the essence. Target weight loss, say, 1 to 2 pounds every week until such time your body gets used to the shedding of pounds.

At first, i was discouraged that it was taking me too slow to remove the unwanted weight but wait... the effect was seen after three months. That was enough to inspire me to reach my goal.

This short list will help you get started:
1. Just target 1-2 pounds loss a week.
2. Watch what you eat but do not starve yourself. Remove the sodas. Water works wonders.
3. Exercise as much as you eat.
4. Always bear in mind the reason for you doing so-- losing weight. This is enough inspiration.
5. Finally, PATIENCE grasshopper. You will be rewarded after.

Three years ago, I was 130 lbs. I am now 106 lbs. I did this in the period of three years, and I am now able to maintain it because my body now knows its limits.

I am neither a health prof/doctor nor a trainer. I happen to read so many artciles on weight loss and came up with something that suits me well.

You do the same. Tailor fit your health habits, and your patience will be rewarded.

yes, if you want something save and that would work for you body type go to a doctor but remember the best way to lose weight is cardio and training.
I lost 25 lbs in the past year working out hard and eating right. Eat natural foods: grilled chicken, veggies, salads, steaks, pork, and make sure it's all lean and cooked with low sodium seasoning. Also, I gave up diet drinks which helped me to lose 5 more lbs in just a week! You should make sure you're doing enough cardio every week and eat right. Don't eat out a lot. Good luck you can do it without prescription diet pills, I know you can!
You go to a doctor and ask them if diet pills are what you need, and if you really need them. Then, if they think they are right, they prescribe them.
I know I'm going to sound like a commercial!?! Ask your doctor...I just went on a diet pill called Meridia and I've lost 23-24 pds in about 40-42 days, it costs about $150 for 30 pills but they absolutely work. There are some side effects (but that's with anything).Oh ya, you still need to eat healthy and exercise, the pills help you take the weight off faster! Good luck
