Diet Pills ?

Question:
Does diet pills really work? I've considered taking them but only to start out with. To see what happens.

Answer:
Have you heard of chitosan tablets? You take them ½ hour before a meal & they collect the fat & keep it solid to stop your body from absorbing it. They do work. I tried the chitosan drinks because they work quicker but the aftertaste is awful, you can feel it working on the fat inside your mouth.
no
Some do yes, but you still must eat right and exercise regularly for them to show a true effect.
and don't live on them also, that's definitely not healthy.
yep, they work... but only in short-term, bringing u long-term health problems
some diet pills can hurt u the best thing 2 do is talk with ur dr..
Try Stacker 3 XPLC. They work great without giving you the yucky side effects you get from most others. And they're only about $25 at WalMart.
it didnt work out with my cousin so i started a regular diet with gym and its really working
dont go there
Guilty! Bio Burn
Try Adipex..they work, but you have got to be an active person. I take those..They are not cheap!!
it depends... how much weight you want to loose and how you exercie good luck!
No, they don't. People who take diet pills don't do more important things like amend their diet to control portions and eat more plants. Nor do they get more exercise.

Isntead, they take these pills, which are full of stimulants, then they have problems like HEART ATTACKS.

So don't bother with diet pills. Instead, go see a nutritionist. Eat a healthy banalced diet and exercise at least an hour per week. Cardio and weight training!
i wouldnt, just stick with diet and exercise, its hard yes but ull get more energy and feel great.
none of them work.. they do more harm than good
no I have tried so many and honestly I have been on the special K ceral diet for a week and have lost 4 pds. I am trying to loose about 10 pds and I am now almost there.
The best way to lose weight is through a sensible diet and exercise. Pills promise you things like "no dieting or exercise needed" but I have never met anyone who tried any that actually worked as advertised. Just a waste of their hard-earned money.
They can give you the slap you need, say 1 week, but then go for it without it.
Good luck!
Diet pills can be extremely dangerous if you have never taken them before. Consult your doctor first. Dialysis is not fun.
No. They dont work. And they can harm you.

The good news is that there is a proven way to lose weight. The bad news is that it's what we have all heard before. Eat right and exercise. :(
No, diet pills are definately not a quick fix. In fact, they can cause different problems for you. Light headedness, nauseia, and heart palpatations. Since you haven't tried them, you should keep it that way. They are really bad news. They can alter your personality and do more damage than just loosing a couple of pounds.

Good luck to you.
diet pills do the same as placebo, most of them are loaded with caffeine (for so called energy) and ephedrine, they're terrible for yur heart and can very well cause you a heart aTTACK, THE ONLY ONES THAT SEAMED TO BE ABOVE PLACEBO WERE THE GRAPEFRUIT PILLS, but its a lot healthier to just eat a grapefruit even cheaper.
I would definitely steer clear of diet pills. The way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. If there was a magic pill that allowed people to lose weight, everyone would be taking it. Best of luck.
Some of the prescription ones do work, temporarily. But they can have very serious side effects, and can harm your health in a number of different ways.

Most people who use diet pills find that not only do they regain the weight they lost but they gain back more than they lost.

I have probably tried 1/2 of all the foolish dieting plans out there in the past. I have learned my lesson.
It is really not a good way to go.

Good healthy diet with lots of fresh and raw veggies, small amounts of protien and lots of water and exercise is still the best way to go.
I guess it's best to try it yourself. I think it is different for everyone. Every ones body is built up differently, and will take diet pills how ever it will take it.
do not take them it can cause serius dammage to your body!
i considered them to my moms a nurse and she showed me a pic of her whene she started takeing them because she used to work there and this ladey got even worse when she showed her to me being a patient the lady got even bigger now i got a personal trainer and let me tell you this i was 500 pnds. and i lost 218 pnds. from it and im am the hottest looking girl in my senior class
There are lots of natural herbs and vitamins that aide in weightloss that will work better than diet pills. You dont know what is in those. Try syberian ginseng; B-complex vitamins; guarana seed extract; for energy, and hoodia is a great appetite suppressant.
They do work while your on them but when you go off them the weight usually comes right back. Eating healthy and exercise is the only real way to keep it off. good luck
Diet pills are BAD, BAD, BAD. I developed a thyroid condition and I firmly believe it was because it was of diet pills. I took the recommended dosages but it back fired, and I didn't even take them for that long.

Diet pills or "Health supplements" in general aren't approved or governed by the FDA, so you are taking a huge gamble with your health. If you are genuinly concerned about your weight or overall health, do it the old fashioned way.Developing good eating habits and exercise. Believe me, the results and benefits will outway the few pounds you might lose by using diet pills and the potentinal negative side-effects just aren't worth it.

Many of the companies that produce these products are just out to exploit the general unknowing public for a profit. That is just my take on it. Good Luck!
Sorry but no! The DO NOT WORK!! Try them if you want to put your health in risk and end up wasting your money in marketing lies!
Some do. I found that the Suddenly Slim 10 day system worked best for me. I lost 12 pounds in 10 days and a total of 69 pounds. I have kept it off for almost 3 years now. You can check it out by going to www.firstfitness.com/penney. It has a 30 day money back guarantee too!
