My brother took hydoxycut a while back, and im so amazed at how he looks, he weightlifts alot, im an overweight 21 year old woman and im trying to lose weight, i have been on a diet for 3 weeks now, the longest I have ever been. I walk 2 miles a day and a fast pace, im proud of myself, right now im on the slimfast diet, I really want to look great and feel better about myself. I have been thinking about taking hydoxycut, but in a way i dont think its a good idea, i think that diet pills aren't any good, they are just a hype up to be honest, but im thinking maybe hydoxycut does work. Do you think its works and have anyone tried this before?

Diets don't work , I have tried them all. What worked for me was simple, I changed my eating habits and made a commitment to exercise. Having someone to be accountable helps, try TOPS ( Taking off Pounds Sensibly) for some help,this is a great group and joining could really give you the kick start you need.
