In your opinion, based on you own personal experience, what's the best diet pill on the market today?
Question:
Answer:
Do NOT take diet pills! They are dangerous!!
Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.
My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.
They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.
I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.
Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I've lost weight after this)
The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas.
Exercise and healthy diet. I've tried all sorts of miracle drugs, but only exercise and eating healthy have actually worked.
The best diet pill is portion control and exercise. Wait, that's not available in a pill.
'best' and 'diet pill' are an oxymoron.
The best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. Diet pills are a crutch at best, and harmful (even deadly) at worst. They aren't conducive to keeping the weight off long term either, and all suggest a diet/exercise plan...so why buy the pill if you can diet/exercise and lose weight without spending the money?

You know I would go to http://wharris1.qhealthzone.com/... and look at the XS it is what I use for my energy and I have lost 33 lbs since this April and I have so much energy I don't want the day to end and I can really afford to stay with it. Where other things are sooo expensive you give up... It even taste wonderful I personally like Cran-Grape one it taste just like grape soda with no harmful things in it. The vit B-12 in it is 4900% which if you remember in the old days was how woman lost all their weight with a B-12 shot daily. Ok I wish you luck and hope you do great
Im taking Fahrenheit which was recommended to me by a friend. She saw really good results. Ive been taking it for about 2 weeks and ive lost 7 pounds. That with eating better and alittle exercise (im working on that part but i tend to not exercise as much as i should!!) but in my opinion its working!
from personal experiance the best diet pill??IS NOOOOOOOOOO diet pil..walk..walk ..walk..lst 80- pounds walking 30 mins a day to start and then getting up to 1 hour ..3 x's a day..the best diet pill in the world..and when walking dont stop at all..it has to be straight through..ya dont have to slow run either..walk fast enough to get the heartrate up..i found also you burn extra calories and eating whatever i wanted in moderation...and 1 day a week was my pig-out day to eat what and as much as i wanted of everything...i still kept loosing weight and firming up... what works for one may not work for another but i guarantee the walking part..everyone would benefit from... also i didnt get a pig-out day til i set my goal of loosing 10 pounds... after that..then i got the 1 day..also i never said i was dieting and that i couldnt have the cake candy etc...i told myself i was getting healthy and if iw anted candy cookies etc..then i would have A BITE. if we tell ourselves we cant have something then what happens? we take it and end up eating way too much..but i found if i told myself yes i can have it and have a small taste..or maybe 2 bites..small ones. then i felt better and moved on.
Whole foods and filtered water are the best pills out there. Besides, earlier this year a bunch of these pill manufacturers caught hell for false advertising.
Don't waste your money on this crap. Eat clean and exercise.
I work for a company that has an all natural weight lose supplement. It is called Wafer Thin. It is a three stage program that really works and naturally too. The first stage requires eating two wafers before a meal and drinking some water. Once the wafers expand inside your stomach you are going to eat less because you're almost full. The wafers are mostly just fiber. The second stage is a pill called synergize. This pill burns calories and promotes energy. It also acts as a gel and captures the fat taken in and expels it out. Last but not lest, is the chews to lose. This a wonderful supplement because it helps control your sugar cravings. When you have a urge to eat something sweet you just chew on this for 90 seconds and spit it out. Try to eat your craving and it changes the taste of it, ultimately helping you to eliminate your sugar cravings.
