What is the most safest diet pill? I want to lose about 45 lbs and look better with excersice.?

OK first look at your diet. Are you eating healthy? More fruits and vegetables than sugar filled goodies? Are you eating baked instead of fried? Do you steer clear of trans fat and fast food. When you go out to dinner is it McDonald's and Pizza Hut or the low fat menu at Applebee's?
These question are not meant to be judgmental just helpful.
You need to have a well balanced diet to compliment your working out.
For your work out: Walk, and then walk some more, and when you feel you have walked all you can walk walk a little farther. You need to be doing as high impact work out as you can do. Do that work out 4 time a week - it has to be a work out that leaves your sweating and feeling exhausted. You should wake up the next day feel sore in your muscles. Take a day off, eat right and moderately. One the day off from your aerobics class, take a walk for 30 minutes or so.
Remember when you eat stop when your full, not when your plate is empty. Eat when your hungry - just instead of a candy bar have a rice cake or an apple.
You should go see your doctor if your feeling run down you may have type 2 diabetes which fully controllable through diet and exercises.
it is best to actually eat and excrise well though. i would not recommend pills at all for they are very misleading.

I know your gonna hate me when you read this eat one salad everyday no sodas lots of whole grain no pasta no fast food veggie burgers and stuff will take the fat off and eat pickels and prunes

No diet pill is safe. Talk to a nutritionist and/or personal trainer if you are serious about losing weight and getting fit.
Eat fish, and chicken. Don't fry it though with some
steamed vegetables.
And stay away from white food such as: potatatoes, white bread, white rice, no pasta.
And don't forget to eat fruit
i dont know how to help you but i know how you feel.. im 4'10" and 132 lbs.. i dont even know what size i am.. after i gained weight all i wear is pajamas.. good luck in losing weight!!
