The quickest way to lose weight is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas.
Try running everyday, HIIT (look it up on google) weight lifting, and I like the anabolic diet for body builders.

you cant really lose weight "really fast" the most easiet and healthiest way to lose weight is to eat right -- fruits, veggies, protein, low sugar and fats drink lots of water. and most importantly excersise u want to keep up ur metabolism and just keep working those muscles until u sweat. besides eating fruits veggies and all fo that keep ur portions small dont want to overeat or else all of ur excerisiing will go to waste. good lukc =)
Cut out all pop and tea. Drink lots and lots of water. Keep a bottle of water in front of you all day long. I did it and still ate like normal while drinking multiple bottles of water per day. I lost about ten pounds in a week. And, I felt better than ever!
If you do atkins it takes effort but after the first few days the pounds fall of!
what i would do would be to go on the special k diet because it works fast and their food is good! i believe their diet is that you eat a special k breakfast so special k cereal and fruit. then you eat your second meal consist of any special k products. they have meal bars that are protein so they fill you up for a while. or you can have cereal again. then your third meal you eat normally. then they say that you will loose 6 pounds in a week(i believe) but i haven't been on the diet so i cant tell you for sure.
also do a lot of cardio. maybe train for a triathlon. running swimming and biking really are great exercises and will really get you in shape. but you cant rush diets because they take time.
