It sounds weird, but building up the pectoral muscles underneath the breast can do wonders. So can a really good bra.
A friend long ago worked at an ice cream place, scooping right-handed all summer. She'd planned to quit in the fall, but realized her right breast looked much bigger (just more 'out there' because of new muscle deveopment underneath) and stayed on through Thanksgiving, scooping with the other hand.
