Is there such a thing as a knock of Phentermine diet pill?

Question: I want to buy some, but I would have to get them from online. I am worried that it will be a knock off, if it says Phentermine iit should be the real deal right?

I know phentermine works for me but I dont want to pay the money without knowing that is for sure what I will get.
