What is a easy way to lose 20 lbs. in about 2 months without any diet pills?

watch what you eat and go swimming, its probably in best cardio i can tell you to do that would be fun at the same time. best part about it is that you really dont feel like your working out, feels more like playing... but it does help, and at the same time your getting a great tan. BUT keep water with you, and lots of it (bottle per hour), because the down fall to swimming is you dont realize your sweating. and above all else, enjoy your summer!
Exercise, eat lots of vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and do not eat after 7p.m. I did this only because of my training schedule at work and I lost enough weight to where I went from a size 36 pants to size 32 (man's work pants). My shirts are no longer tight and my jeans are sagging in the seat. (women's jeans). Sybilgirl..hope this helps

I highly recommend it.. Oh, and you don't have to buy their products, you can substitute for meals on their list.
The Wii workout! Sounds funny, but it does help out a little. Its certainly better than sitting on your couch...
You really have to get up and move to play some of the games - and the games are really addicting, so before you know it you've spent an hour 'boxing', playing 'tennis', 'bowling', etc.
Its not goign to get you in as good of shape as going to the gym, but at least you will be moving around - and if lack of motivation is your problem, how motivated do you have to be to play a game? It's also fun in groups, so you can get your family playing too.
Oh - eat healhier too... wii excercise alone won't help you lose weight if you are packing on the pounds with fatty foods!
