I took diet pills for a month before i found out i was pregnant does anyone know the side effects on the baby?

not sure. but you should take the pills to your next OB appt. and show them to the doctor and ask him or her what they think. that is probably your best bet. It also probably depends on the type of pills you were taking as to the effects they may have. good luck and congrats!
You should be ok. Your body has a very good defense mechanism just for this sort of thing. It knows that most woman dont know they are pregnant for the first few weeks or so, so it protects the baby. Just make sure that you are taking care of yourself know and everything should be fine. With my first pregnancy, I did a few things that could have been very dangerous, but my Dr. told me that everything would be fine since it happened so early on. My daughter is now 8 yrs old and is perfectly fine. Good luck, and make sure you take your vitamins.
considering there are alot of things you shouldnt do while you are pregnant, your doctor should know immediatly about the pills you took take the other girls advice and take the bottle down to your doctor
