What is the best diet pill? how much have you lost?
Question:
Answer:
Hi Bobbie,
Hoodia really helped me eat less and have better control over bad food choices, especially sweets. Also got me in the habit of eating smaller portions. The people Hoodia works for swear by it. An appetite suppressant that is all natural with no side effects is good stuff! The only problem with Hoodia is making sure you get the real stuff. There are many factors involved in finding the best Hoodia, You will have the best chance of hoodia suppressing your appetite if you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi... in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is "Returnable". These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.
Hope this helps, if you want to know more about Hoodia I have written a lot of articles on it. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.
I would just drink A LOT OF WATER EVERYDAY, and eat fruits and veggies 4 to 7 meals per day. I would stay away from chemicals especially when they are not approved by FDA, nor has any written medical journal record on their study and research.
There is no good diet pill.
The best way to slim down is to eat healthy and exercise... even moderately is better than some "miracle" pill
If you are trying to loose 5-10 lbs. NV is a good one. I used it for about 2-3 wks to loose weight before my photoshoot I lost about 7 lbs. It gives you a lot of energy to use when excercising. Plus, when I stopped using it I did not gain back a ridculous amt of wieght. Its been about one mth since I did it and I only gained about 4 lbs back. However, I do live an active life style and a decent eating habits.
Taking drugs for vanity purposes is not advisable. Stop eating all the crap and fatty foods, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water (as the previous answer said), get on a regular diet program, try not to eat at all after 6:00 PM. All of this will require consistency, but the good news is that once you develop these habits you'll learn to crave the good stuff. Parents these days do a piss poor job of providing their children with nutrition, instead letting them ingest whatever crap they want. But kids are very poor judges of what they should consume, that's why so many of you are fat these days. Consume things that your body needs and uses, and you should lose weight. Remember, diet pills are usually one kind of speed or another, and will deplete your system of important nutrients, of which you won't be getting much of anyway, because guess what: you'll be a speed freak. This is mostly about appearance anyway, right? Not to many people are attracted to "heroin chic". For God's sake, develop some willpower; that's the only way to get healthy, and in turn look good.
