What is a good way to loose a belly bulge, i have tried pills , diets and exercise nothing is working?
Question:
Answer:
Agree. Spot reducing does not work. You just have to lose weight, and it will come off all over. Exercise may tone up the underlying muscles, but it does nothing for the fat.
When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

The only think that works for me is walking.some people swear by low carbs and low caffeine.
I don't know about you, but I carry most of fat in my waist area, and I know that I should do more exercise. I have been doing the pump class (with weights), but it did nothing to my belly. However, I remember that when I did a dance class (at least 2 hours per week) the change was dramatic and overall my body was in a better shape.
Well, a better option would be this. Just click on the link and get started. Trust me, it works.
What kind of exercises are you doing? You can't do sit ups alone and expect a flat stomach. Try running which burns alot of body fat. Sit ups are still important however to build those muscles in the stomach area and for more definition. Also try laying flat on your back with your arms at your side, Raise your legs up and down at the same time. This is good for the lower stomach.
You have to combine all of them comfortable. Take this fitness/nutrition survey and follow the link for the 45-day workout, which has all the answers for the survey.

First, you actually have to do both diet and exercise at the same time.
Diet is not a good word. You need to change how you eat. Cut out all, or at least almost all, added sugar. That means those energy drinks that are full of sugar, sodas, candy, cakes.
There are sugars in foods you wouldn't even think of. Almost every fat free or low fat yogurt (which is supposed to be good for you) has added sugar and corn syrup. Dannon light and fit is the only one that does not.
Eat more fruit and veggies, stick with lean meats most of the time.
You can't call this a diet and expect it to work. Its a lifestyle change, you actually have to commit to it, for life. That's not to say you can't eat junk once in a while, but for the most part, you can't
A good sight is www.calorie-count.com where you can put in your weight, your weight goal, and how active you are, and it will help you get to your goal.
It's good to exercise, diet, and eat better food, but if your body is not digesting the food, it's going to end up in the spare tire belly. There's a good reason young people don't have the spare tire.
Fat around the waist is due to bad digestion. After about 25 to 30 years old, we start producing less and less stomach acid. By the time we are 80 years old, we are only producing about 5% of what we did at 30. Stomach acid is the major factor in the digestive process. Cooked food and processed food were never things nature planned on us eating, so with less stomach acid, much of the food we eat is left undigested and in many cases sits there and rots. When this happens, the rotting produces lactic acid. This is where the so called "acid indigestion or heartburn" comes from, not stomach acid as all the doctors and drug companies would have you believe. It is actually the lack of stomach acid that causes heart burn. When you take a Tums or the "Purple Pill," that neutralizes the very thing that will help you and allows the rotting food to ferment, compact your bowels, and throw off toxins, as well as, not allow the food to be digested creating the fat build up. Where's the FDA on this? Why aren't the drug companies that are making billions on this farce being called on this and forced to tell the truth?
If you take Betaine HCL + a quality activator after each meal and even between meals, about 5 times a day, you will notice that your digestive tract becomes very efficient and you will lose that stomach bulge. Exercise helps, but the diet change is the secret. You will also notice that if you experience indigestion, the Betaine HCL will get rid of it in about 3 minutes.
Do not take Antacids because this is the worse thing you can do for Acid indigestion and that stomach issue. It allows the rotting food to create toxins and creates a disease environment. Notice the side effects listed by the legal drug pushers is constipation or diarrhea. This is from the build up of toxins and rotting food. Billions are spent each year on this problem and it is so simple to get rid of inexpensively.
A great source I've found (www.healthline.cc) for the Betaine HCL that does not use tablets because the tablets contain magnesium stearate. This is a toxic tagalong used by the pill manufacturers to help them make more pills faster, but it is a hydrogenated oil and suppresses the immune system.
Stay away from all SOY products and all CANOLA OIL. These are very toxic to the body and create many problems associated with weight gain. The SOY garbage slows the thyroid down and inhibits mineral absorption in the body, especially iron (over 50%). CANOLA is "Canadian Oil" used in machinery oil and when refined for food is about 100 x more toxic than Soy. It's real name is "rapeseed." Even bugs won't eat it and it is a primary ingredient in mosquito repellent. Eat olive oil, palm oil, and real butter, not margarine. Butter is a monosaccharide and is good for you in small quantities. Margarine is Oil that has been hydrogenated and clogs your arteries when it combines with coronary calcium in the blood. All these things put that stomach on.
Good luck.
