All of that junk is crap, it isn't healthy for you and even if it works while you use it, unless you are making food and exercise changes in your life as soon as you stop taking it you are going to put the weight back on.
Best way to lose weight is get on a good exercise program and change your eating habits. That will not only help you lose weight, but keep it off.
just started using it..gives me alot of energy and im not so hungry..time will tell

It may give you a lot of energy, but if that energy isn't put into the right place (i.e. Exercise), it won't do anything. Your best bet to lose weight is to watch the number of calories you eat and determine how many you should eat vs. the amount of exercise you get. Check out this website for a calorie counter.
It does not work. Only exercise and proper diet do the trick!
Never saw any evidence of Slim Quick's effectiveness.
I had great susscess with Lipo-6. I lost weight and incressed my energy by the truckloads. Really good fat buring product in my eyes. If you need some more info on the product just ask. Hope that helps.
