exercise... i mean REALLY work hard and cut down on food, it may take a while but be patient and dont give up
Work out, eat small healthy meals (almost more like snacks) throughout the day and drink TONS of Gatorade mixed 50/50 with water.
Work out more,eat less. Cut out high calorie foods,stick to 1 portion, have 5 small meals each day. A meal would be like a piece of fruit,a wedge of cheese and a juice. Drink alot of water. Exercise as much as you can. Pace yourself and really work up a sweat. Be consistent with both. It takes time to see results. When you do-keep going with this for a lifetime!!
You really need to cut out bad carbs! White bread and pasta... and work out! You need to burn more calories than you eat... everything in moderation... thats what mom always said... lol but seriously eat a lot of small meals and work out
