I've used Hoodia 750 and it worked well. I've also used Hoodoba, Desert Burn and Optimum Hoodia and they also worked equally well. I've been taking Hoodia off and on for a few years and currently down about 30lbs from my starting weight. I also follow the South Beach diet as much as possible. Hoodia really helped me eat less and have better control over bad food choices, especially sweets. Also got me in the habit of eating smaller portions.

i wondered the same thing and checked it out on the net apparently you gain back all the weight lose you after you go off of them the best ones are the ones doctors prescribe but unless youre over weight good luck with getting him to give them to you and they cause your blood preasure to rise making you have random really fast heart beats.
