Question:
I run Triathlons, and work out regularly, so please, no one get on here preaching about how diet pills don't work and aren’t the way to go. (And plz don't give me any weight loss or fitness advice either, I know to drink water, eat right, etc.) The problem is, that I've reached a weight loss plateau, and just need a good pill that gives more energy or boosts metabolism. It doesn't necessarily need to be a "diet" pill. I'm not trying to be rude, I just need anyone to answer that can actually just answer the question without preaching to the choir in regards to weightloss. Thanks!

Go to
http://www.4rx.net and read about Rimonabant. It is a hot topic online right now regarding diet and weight loss. It blocks the hunger receptors in the brain to curb your appetite. If you are doing all the physical things, than its now what your putting out with your body, its what is going in. This should help. No preaching here, lol.
Well not to be rude change your diet or the way train or both if you hit a plateau that means you body adpated to the diet and training change it around to overcome that plateau
I'm using Hydroxicut right now, and I have been on it for about a week. The thing I notice the most is the appetite supression, whcih is key for me. I do notice some added energy level, especally when Im trying to go to bed at night. I have been losing about a pound a day on this product. So do some research and see if it seems right for you. Goodluck
