Has anyone on here really had success w/ any diet products/pills/etc.?

Question:
I'm just wondering if anyone on here has really had success! I know the ads all claim success but it's not typical or even common. I'm curious. If so, what program did you follow and have you kept the weight off? For how long?

Answer:
No, and if people did have any success (which I didn't), most likely they gained it all back when they stopped.

The only way to long-term weight loss is a healthy diet and exercise routine.
'eating for life' by bill phillips. this is a program that teaches you how and when to feed your body so that it can function efficiently as a fat burning machine. it is about changing your lifestyle and gives you the tools you need to keep the weight off for LIFE. this is what i do and what i recommend to everyone trying to lose weight. its worked for me and its worked for everyone i know.
if you pay close attention to the disclaimers at the end of these ads you will see what they really say (things like "results not typical", "only effective when used with good diet and exercise regemine"). they are all BS. maybe a few vitamins or epedrine (which is illegal in most states) but for the most part completely ineffective. a healthy diet, cardio and weight program are the best way to acheive your goals.
I have tried them all, seriously. With no more results than dieting and exercising alone. Plus they made me feel jittery and on edge which I hated. I got more out of drinking a bottle of water when hungry to fight off hunger than taking a pill.
U know they all work trust me, but we need the will power to do it and b consistent. for instance if we wanted to take diet pills, we have to go on a low carb diet and workout....diet pills only surpress ur appetite, and help ur metabolic rate, it doesnt burn fat. nyway they all work, but u should b strong..
I have had success with Hoodia and Proactol, and some limited success with a couple of others. Proactol is my favorite by far as I had no side effects from it. look at http://www.w8lossreviews.com/weight-loss... or http://www.w8lossreviews.com/proactol_de... they have all the info on the product.

When I finished taking Proactol, I was in the habit of eating better and I was getting a bit more exercise than I was when I was packing on the pounds, so I have kept it off no problem.

The big thing with all the diet pills i to look at their actual studies, many do help you lose weight, but like those lipozine commercials, their fine print reads that actual weight loss was 3 pounds in 8 weeks, you could do that without a pill.
They only successfull weight loss program is making a life change to healthier eating and exercise.
well... just look at anna nicole!

trim spa baby!
The only thing that is going to really be successful is if you understand you have to make a life change. And long term weight loss is deemed 5 years (not a month or 2).

Actually I think successful weight control is SOMEONE who has never had a weight problem. Thats me.
