Question:
Answer:
i have been on the weight watchers diet and have lost 30 lbs. in 4 months. seriously! its not a hard diet you can eat whatever you want you just have to watch the portions that you eat. i gave up cokes and alot a sweets. i got the " walk away the pounds" exercise tape and do that ever morning for 15 minutes also. its been a hard road for me to lose the weight but with weight watchers ive had sucess. as for diet pills ive tried them all and had no sucess. but i have a friend that has been on "propolene"and has lost lots of weight. good luck!
That really is subjective because different supplements and programs work for different people.
I've been training for years and the following has really worked for me:
Fat Loss Supplements:
Hydroxycut
Xenadrine
Hot-Rox
(taken first thing in the morning followed by at least 30-40 minutes of cardio, heart-rate between 70-80% of your max)
Please use at your own risk and ask your Physician for any advice regarding contraindications for usage.
Fitness Programs:
Cardio (jogging, stationary bicycle or eliptical) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to maximize fat burning.
Weight Training a minimum of 3 days per week workout all body parts with a 10-15 rep range (if interested in toning).
Also you will have to work up to this level if you're not accustomed to fitness program, are sedentary or lack condioning, so take it easy if you're just starting out.
The best advice I can give you is seek professional guidance from a certified strength and conditioning specialist or personal trainer to help you meet your goals.
