No you won't lose them although since you're burning fat all over your body, you may have a slight decrease, but I'm sure they'll look bigger since your body will be thinner.
diet pills don't generally burn fat, they suppress the appetite, block the absorption of fat, and some are diuretics. in short they make you pee, poop, and not eat as much, they don't really burn fat. So no, its not likely that you loose your boobs, but you won't loose weight either. Not permanently.
Most diet pills are a waste of your money and your time, and can harm you.
However, when you diet and lose fat (through controlling your eating and/or exercise) it's quite likely your breasts will be affected. After all, they are primarily fat. I went from a "D" cup to a barely "B" cup when I lost 90 lbs.

Well, most of your boobs are fat, but if your around 20 pounds over weight than it won't affect you much. If your around 50 or more, then, yes, you will lose your bra size.
