Phentermine..but you have to get it from a MD and you have to be considerably over weight for one to prescribe it. My brother got it from his doc and he let me try a weeks worth (only wanting to lose a few lbs) and in that weeks time I lost 6lbs (I was only 130lbs to start). The only side effect I had was dry mouth and I had a lot of energy. I know a couple of other people who have tried it and had no problems.
