Is it safe to take diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
The only way to lose fat is too burn more calories than your intaking. "Diet pills" are usually just full of stimulants (Venom-caffeine) which just make you more active but usually not with good consequences. Some diet pills have adverse effects that can be dangerous. Some don't accomplish anything at all, but a placeibo affect. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you're intaking. If adjusted properly and the right measures (exercise, healthy diet, right amount of caloric intake) are taken this is the only way to lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime.
Not a good idea. My roommate and I both went on them and both ended up throwing up every day.
i took diet pills 3 years ago took them for a year they didn't kill me.
I just recently started taking hydroxycut and going to alternate with something else, not sure what yet though.
I have lost 12 lbs and am on myI 2nd week.
I also don't take the reccomned dosage for everyday dose. its to much probably make me throw up too. i just take them when i feel i need one.
usually 2 in the morning and 1 or 2 in the afternoon.
I strongly do not recommend it. I personally know of someone who took diet pills, then suffered liver failure because of it an needed a transplant. To lose weight effectively and maintain it, there are truly no shortcuts but to exercise and eat right. I know too well :) cheers!
