There are two that work and are totally safe with no side effects. Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre. I recommend both, because they usually don't put enough weight loss ingredients in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. Most natural diet pills have one ingredient for appetite suppression and one for boosting your metabolism but are so weak they end up doing nothing. I suggest getting a strong supplement for your appetite and a separate strong pill for your metabolism.

but they said green tea pills are good, you can find them in any pharmacy or Wal-Mart or Walgreens.
I don't think there is really any that do what they say. If you get some do NOT use any of the Stacker pills. I took them once and I was shacking and jittery and my heart was beating all fast.

the "best" diet pills with fast results are not safe. the "safe" diet pills don't work very well, you'd be better off with diet & exercise. the joke about diet pills... once you stop taking them, you'll gain it all back plus some.

Their is no diet pill that you can use that is going to make you lose weight. What they do is cause you have diarrhea, you'll
lose body fluid ,but when you stop taking them your body fluid comes back and you haven't lost a pound, I've seen people after they stop taking those pills find they have gained some weight. Don't use those pills, you can only lose weight by eating less, when you look a package be sure and look at the fat calories ,not so much the calories , what makes you lose weight is fat calories. When you see on the package calories it doesn't mean that package has that many calories , you have to look at the servings. It may say 100 Fat calories but that is only for lets' say for 2 cookies not the whole package. Just the 1 serving, it may have 10 servings but the calories is for 1 serving.
