Is it dangerous to use diet pills for just two weeks?

I need to lose weight Im eating good excercising like crazy but cant lose the last 10 pounds what else can I do I need to be at least 5 pounds lighter in 2 weeks

If you work out like crazy you may be having a hard time losing the rest of the weight because you are gaining so much muscle. While I don't think that some of the reputable brands of diet pills are that dangerous if used correctly, you probably won't even notice much if you take them. The side effects (sleeplessness, headaches, ect) counter the benefits. If you are genuinely eating healthy and doing tons of cardio and still can't lose any weight it may be worth a shot. Millions of people use them and few have any dangerous side effects when they are used correctly.
go off the diet and eat normal for a day or two and then get right back into it you will shed a few more pounds that way if you have plateaued.
