I'm dieting and exercising daily. I want to know what kind of diet pill I can take to lose weight quicker

I don't want anyone's opinions of how bad diet pills are or any bullshit like that. I just want to know, from experience, which diet pill has worked for you. I know a lot of ppl will say eat healthy and exercise b/c thats the only way the pills will work. Well, I am dieting and exercising, so leave that little comment out please! Everytime I ask a question someone gives me some lame answer that has nothing to do with what I asked.. So thanks to those of you who DON'T do that!

I recommend both Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre. Why both, because they usually don't put enough weight loss ingredients in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. Most natural diet pills have one ingredient for appetite suppression and one for boosting your metabolism but are so weak they end up doing nothing. I suggest getting a strong supplement for your appetite and a separate strong pill for your metabolism.

But seriously if thats your face in that picture, you are like not even close to fat, so why are you wanting to do all 3 of those things? lol people are weird, in order to look good for like 5-10 years, that'd harm their bodies to cut their lives short 5-10 years...You look skinny enough the bones look is nasty anyways...ahha

Ask your doctor, there are some on the market today that do work but need a prescription.. and if you want to lose weight faster.. Go on the South beach diet.. Phase 1 you will lose about 13 lbs in about a week or so... Good Luck
Im currently using vinegar cider pills that are helping me flush out excess water and fat and i've lost 5 pounds in two weeks.It may not be much but i was also cheating a bit with snacks.They were brought for me so i don't know where you can get them but probably at GNC.
honey if you are dieting and exercising why do you want to take diet pills? diet pills are for people who are are too lazy to exercise and diet
No diet Pill really works. Dont pin point your hopes on any pills...

Best way is to exercise regularly and have a balanced Diet...
Initially ct down on all carb for 1 month... just eat a lot of proteins... and then after a month or so start back slowly on the carbs... one thing at a time...
I have lost and gain enough weight in my life to make 3 people and have tried just about every diet pill, shake, etc. that has come out.
All of the ones that say things like "lose weight while you sleep" are really just bull.
True diet pills (phetamine, didrex, apidex) are stimulants. They give you energy and decrease your appetite. You will lose weight quicker with these only because you are eating less and exercising (doing) more.

The bad part about these is that you sort of crash when you come off of them. The last time I did them, instead of just stopping, I tried to decrease dosage and still kept dieting and exercising.

This has helped me keep the weight off for more than year which I could not do before.

I took ripped fuel 3 years ago alternating with hydroxycut and lost 40lbs in 7 months.
Now i am needig to lose another 30 after baby #3, i started taking hydroxycut 2 weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs so far.
I think i am going to alternate with slim..? the one with anna nicole, i can't remmeber the name right now.
The pills WORK, because they suppress your appetite, so you don't wanna eat has much, and if you exercise on top of that then the weight comes off fast.

edit: and after i stopped the pills the first time i lost the weight, it stayed off for the whole 2 years! so no it doesn't just come back right away, unless of course you up your calories to 2500/day or somthing :)
None of them. Take a multivitamin and a calcium supplement. I take Centrum Performance (orange label), and a calcium with vitamin D supplement. It has 600mg (60% of daily value) of calcium and 400 I.U. of Vitamin D (100% of daily value) per pill. You take 2 per day of the calcium and 1 of the multivitamin.

Do research on the benefits of calcium to aid in weight loss. I've been heavy all of my life and I had tried every weight loss pill out there, and none worked. I even tried the fabulous trimspa advertised by Anna Nicole, no results at all. The vitamins and calorie restriction have worked for me. Who would of thought cheap little vitamins would help? I wish I figured this out sooner.

Anyways, I've lost 15 pounds. I take my vitamins WITH food, not before or after--you will feel sick if you do. Start eating and then halfway through take your vitamins and then keep eating. I hope this helps. Good luck!
