That means you must commit to the diet and cut your fat consumption way back,or suffer the side effects. it is a cheaper form of xenical, i took it for awhile, but downfall was loose stools and it was hard to control the loose stools when u have gas, or caugh or sneeze, etc. But did flush out a lot of fat.
