Starting the new over the counter diet pill ALLI.?
Question:
Answer:
Hi! I bought my Alli pills and the Alli diet plan book this morning at Walgreens...I am very excited too! Once you purchase your pills there is a product ID that you will use to register them on myalli.com. During registration, you will answer some questions and they will recommend an amount of calories and fat grams for you to consume daily. Once that is established, you will get a personalized diet menu, food choices, exercise ideas and all sorts of helpful information. The website is really great once you register. The Alli diet plan book is wonderful too. It gives you advice, sample menus, recipes, a dining out guide, fitness ideas and a lot more. It is definately worth the cost. Good luck!
there are lots of web sites with all different info. better yet, run to the book store and buy the book, YOU ON A DIET. the doctor who wrote it is on ohpra alot, dr. oz. the book is great and then you will always have it at your finger tips. the internet is great dont get me wrong. i like fitness.com and also the fitness on yahoo site is good. you did read up on the new weight loss drug which is great. my doctor told me if you consume too much fat it will give you loose bowels and could give you belly ache. good luck with it.
Yes! Be vegetariean and just eat fruit and vegies to your hearts content and see the pounds melt away!! Of course do not forget beans and seeds nuts and grains, too for good health and nutrition.
Let me ask you, which are you most excited about, losing 1 pound a month or the nasty side effects? People who tested it only lost 1 pound per month, that's barely effective in my opinion. It works by blocking some of the fat normally digested by the intestine. But the gross thing is guess where the fat ends up? The side effects include diarrhea, anal leakage, Fatty/oily stool, oily spotting, intestinal gas with discharge, bowel movement urgency, poor bowel control and headaches. Doesn't sound like fun to me, what are people suppose to do wear a diaper?
I suggest two all natural diet pills that are safe and have no side effects. They are Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre.
Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. I aways recommend Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi...
Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_d...
Hope this helps, if you want to know more about Hoodia I have written a lot of articles on it. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.
