Liquid, chewable, or dissolvable diet pill?
Question:
Thank you guys!
Answer:
IMO nobody should take diet pills unless they have employed a strict clean diet and cardio/lifting routine for a few months. Im not trying to bag on you but every one is trying to find the easy way out by taking diet pills but no one wants to put in the hard work. My dad is that way he just started taking diet pills and i told him you need to workout first its supplements meaning it only aids in fat loss doesnt do it for you. Stick to a diet of no carbs, calories, fat, sugar, salt and etc. Keep protein high with lean meats like fish and chicken. Eat dark leafy veggies not root like veggies like potatoe and etc. Keep fruit low too because even tho the vitamins are great in them most of them have tons of simply sugar. Try cardio every other day for 30 minutes to 1 intensely examples: running, biking, power walking and swimming (best IMO) And some high volume moderate poundage weightlifting. These are just a few ideas

The only thing that works is a prescription for that pill that prevents the absorption of fat by the body. The trouble is it has disgusting side effects like oily bowel movements and other gastrointestinal distress.
