It's possible but not a good idea. Some diet pills will help you lose weight but they won't help you keep the weight off. A healthy diet and regular exercise is the best way to lose weight, keep it off, feel better about yourself and improve your overall health. Some diet products can cause nervousness, tremors, heart palpitations - things like that. Stay away from them.
do the Curves diet. Last time I did it I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks and did not gain it back. I'm back on it now and in 5 days have lost 2 pounds!
You don't need diet pills, and they can be dangerous. Just don't drink soda, don't eat fast-food, fried-food, mayonnaise, sausage/bacon/hot dogs/pepperoni, mayonnaise, sugary foods, and don't OVERdo bread/rice/pasta/meat, etc.

Drink OJ, V8, Cranberry juice, water, herb tea, green tea, etc. Eat non-fat yogurt (nice variety of flavors), healthy cereals like Cheerios, baked potatoes lots of fruits, lots of veggies, lots of lettuce & tomatoes, etc.

Walk every day, outdoors. Increase the length of your walks each week.

Swim, play sports, jump rope--do anything that keeps you physically active. Get up early, and watch the TV exercise shows (around 6AM, PBS usually). Go to the library and get out books on Beginner's Yoga and Beginner's Aerobics.
Eh, they say that you should lose 1-2 pounds a week, so in two months your looking at 16 pounds... at least for healthy loss. Ramping it up to 20 can't be _that_ bad for you.

Anyhow, diet and exercise! I lean heavily on the exercise part because I like my unhealthy foods. In terms of diet: 5-6 meals a day, all small and healthy. Fruits, Vegetables, Fish, Chicken, light Dairy. For exercise... it really depends on how your motivated- try finding a partner or coach to be accountable to. The first couple weeks of exercise will probably hurt quite a bit, but try to push yourself. That in mind, swimming, jogging, biking, long walks/hikes or some competitive sports (besides golf) probably would work well.

Diet pills are dubious at best. Earn your new form.
yup you can , I lost 20 Ib in 2 months . what you have to do is simple , dont eat rice,oil,bread, sugras. eat on piece of chicken , meat or fish every day and two fruits and whatever vege you want , you will have fantastic and rapid results.
