Whats the best diet pill thats legal?

Question:

Answer:
I recommend both Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre. Why both, because they usually don't put enough weight loss ingredients in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. Most natural diet pills have one ingredient for appetite suppression and one for boosting your metabolism but are so weak they end up doing nothing. I suggest getting a strong supplement for your appetite and a separate strong pill for your metabolism.

Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. I always recommend Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache:ze_...

Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. Hope this helps, if you want to know more about Hoodia I have written a lot of articles on it. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.

Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.
I personally use dried cereal or some cheerios, and chew with rapid chomps, then stop. The sound is much better.
All the diet pills out there are "legal." They're basically fat burners. You should try Alli, which comes out tomorrow. It's FDA approved, so it's safe. It does have a few side effects, so make sure you read up on it.
Drink six cups of coffee and take a multi-vitamin.

Same result.
screw messing yourself up with pills! follow the four food groups, eat less junk food and appreciate your body for what it is.
All the pills and potions have no value at all for loosing weight, the companies rip billions of dollars yearly by promising their pill will make you loose weight "With a sensible diet and exercise".
Well Duuuuuh if you have a sensible diet and exercise regularly you'll loose weight !
There was a pill called ALLI approved by the FDA that is on the market tomorrow. But if you eat over 15 grams of fat while taking the pill, you get bad diarrhea, and sometimes it comes so sudden you can't make it to the restroom. There was something about it on the news today, so thats how I know that side effect.

They say the pill helps you lose up to 50% more weight, well listen here. You're supposed to have an intake of 30 grams of fat and no more per day. When eating only 15 grams [which in most cases is half of one meal per day, unless you are eating vegetables], of course you are going to start losing double the weight. You're cutting down your fat intake by half. See my point? I say find a really good diet. Maybe see a dietician to find the best diet for you!

Diet pills don't work. We've all tried them, and sure you lose the weight but it just comes back. Maybe try listening to music by running. Drink lots of water. And watch your saturated fat intake. Good luck!
