Alli Weight Loss Diet Pill? Anyone Currently Using it?

Question:
What is your experience so far, what are you eating, and how has it effected you so far?

Answer:
"Alli" is just a different name for a drug that prevents your body from absorbing fat molecules in food when digestion takes place.

If you eat high fat food, your body will not process the fat as usual and you will "excrete" (WITHOUT WARNING) bowel movements that are comprised almost entirely of a greasy, orange oil that resembles the grease that rises to the top of boiling spaghetti sauce

I worked for Eckerd Pharmacy as a Technician in college, after the drug Xenical was approved and marketed. Our patients would call us frantically on the phone after making the BAD BAD BAD choice of taking the pills before eating at McDonald's or Burger King (back then it was three capsules after or before consuming a meal) and report their greasy bowel movements in GRAPHIC detail. They also mentioned that sometimes these "greasy diarrhea" like BMs would happen WITHOUT warning. Some people told us they used pantyliners to keep the oily stains from getting in their clothes, etc.

Anyhow, just be advised that if/when you choose to take the pills, MAKE CERTAIN that you have a spare pair of panties in your purse at all times and I am NOT kidding!
I saw the same thing at Walmart, I think they are the same as any, help when added to DIET and EXERCISE
It just came our over the counter--it is the first FDA approved diet pill--but always with diet and exercise! otherwise-nothing works! It has to be a lifestyle/lifetime change---I am going today to get some and try it!
I just started taking the pills yesterday, but from what I can tell it hasn't had any side affects. You MUST stay under 15 grams of fat per meal or you will have major side affects. staying under 15 grams is actually easy. You can find alot of the info on myalli.com . I purchased the starter pack for $70.00 and it will last a month so it's inexpensive to! Good Luck!

I am absolutely terrified to use it because I heard it can make you lose control and have accidents if you know what I mean. I really think the key is eating low cal/ low fat meals and small portions. I just need a little more self control!
No.
l heard it has some side effects.
