Answer:

Cut off your head--but try to avoid any complications.
At 12 you shouldn't be thinking about that crap, seriously. Just watch what you eat and exercise more and you have a better chance of being a healthy weight in your later teens. You will have some fat that will naturally drop when you get hips etc so just start living healthy now and you'll have no problem in the long run.
i no a gr8 way where u can lose up to 17 lbs in a week & its free. its called the hospital diet. just look it up in google or somethin. it should tell u what to eat 4 a week & a shopping list. but B careful cuz it can be dangerous! good luck : )
i lost 8 lb in a wk. by eating nothing but fresh fruit and veggies, no can stuff.and 1 turkey sandwich a day. no condaments on bread.all the veggies and fruit you want..
good luck..
first of all, you're 12, you're too young to want to lose weight already. 125 is not overweight i bet you look great.
and you should NEVER lose more than one pound a week, so get over it.
but if you want to BE HEALTHIER, exercise and eat more veggies and drink more water
First of all, why are you trying to loose that much weight?? In such a short amount of time at that?? You are 12!! Your not a 200 lb over weight girl. I think you need to focus on getting and education and doing good in school, you shouldn't be concerned with any dieting because you are not fat!! If you really feel a lil stumpy because you are short, you can eat healthier food, cut snacks and continue to be active. Remember your still a growing a developing girl. If you take care of your body it will reward you with a healthy weight, which may or may not be the ideal number you agree with. Just eat right, don't over indulge on fatty foods, but don't deny yourself of any foods you like! Be smart and don't worry about loosing anything.
