HELP i need to lose about 25-30 pounds in like a month and a half with no diet pills,and thats easy?

umm...i think your wieght is good enough...you don't need to lose anything...unless you have to like in a competition or something...and no it's not easy..ppl usually lose a healthy 4 lbs a month

you're 12. don't be stupid. you're not fat, just try to exercise and eat more veggies. enjoy your life and don't worry about your body- you have the rest of your life for that.
honey-- you DO NOT need to lose weight. I say this for the sake of your own health. please don't feel the need to become a "nicole richie" type of girl. your only 12 and if you feel you need to lose weight then I would suggest talking ot a parent or adult that you can trust. Good luck!
Sorry, but 25-30 pounds in 6 weeks is too much to be safe. That's like losing 4 - 5 pounds a week - BAD idea.

At 12 years old, you need to be concerned with your nutrition, and not your weight. I know you may feel "chunky" right now, but you WILL mature into curves!
first of all you dont need to lose that much weight...but the most you could lose in a month healthly is about 8-10 pounds..i dont think you need to lose 25 pounds i think 10 might be fine...any way dont eat ANY junk food exercise for 30 minutes EVERYDAY and dont eat at night drink plenty of water and good luck it worked for me i lost 12 pounds in a month by doing that i could have even lost more!!
its easy to loose dat much amount of weight but u can regain very fast.always loosing gradually makes u fit n healthy.always ur body needs time to shape ur body according to ur weight
Yah, you need some education on this. This is waaaay too much weight to lose in a short amount of time. Have you ever seen what a 14 year old anorexic looks like? Well I will tell you that people that obsess over losing weight develop eating disorders and they literally kill themselves from the inside out. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS.
You should really talk to your parents about this so they can consult your family physician. I hike a mountain everyday (think walking up a flight of stairs thats a mile long) I eat a healthy diet of plenty of fruits and vegetables and whole grains (oatmeal brown rice whole grain breads). At your age you need to get lots of calcium, I drink soy milk but fat free milk is great as well. You also need lots of iron which comes from red meat as well as beans (kidney, pinto, and such). I am a vegetarian. Make sure you are exercising regularly. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so if you are lifting weights and such, you will gain weight. Make sure you are eating small snacks every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going. If you starve yourself, your metabolism slows down so you aren't burning any calories. If you are eating regularly (small portions) your body knows it's going to be fed soon so it will burn up the energy (calories ) that it has. If you wait too long to eat your body feels deprived so it stores all the food you eat as fat because it doesn't know when it will be fed again. I make a regular sized lunch and eat 1/2 at one time and half at the other time. Eat a little something before a workout and remember to drink lots of water, your body needs water to burn fat.
