Are there any "diet" pills out there that actually assist in your exercise/healty eating regimine?

Or are they all crazy-pills? I don't want something that will cause me to lose weight while I do nothing, but something that would be doctor-approved, and would help give me energy and possibly speed up my metabolism?

Answer:
No matter how many people here or elsewhere tell you that a non-prescription diet pill exists that works, my opinion is to ignore them.

People sell lots of stuff that is useless, especially on the web.

I think all "diet pills" are simply concoctions of different levels of caffein that will rev up your system. I think these can be dangerous to you if you take too much.

All diet plans I've seen that are worth anything at all tell you that you need to buy their foods (it's pretty much a starvation diet and/or tastes like dirt) AND to pick up on your exercise routine.

If your weight is level at this time, I would try to get you to double or triple up on your exercise. It doesn't have to be exceptionally vigorous but it needs to be consistent.

It stands to reason that if you keep your calories level and increase your exercise dramatically, you WILL lose weight.

Short answer to your question: NO.
