Question:
Answer:
First of all Diet pills never work and Just pick a random shampoo that says for Damaged hair they all work pretty much the same
I've heard that a natural lemon juice rinse helps kill the dullness and bring back your shine, check it out online. It would be something cheap to try out, and give you a nice fresh smell :)
You're a guy. Just cut it. It'll grow back in two weeks, and it will be as good as new.
use pantene pro v reconstruction it works great
Diet pills..I don't know. But don't expect some miracle to happen with diet pills.
About damaged hair. Don't dye it! Don't put products in your hair! Wash your hair every other day. And use a very MOISTURIZING shampoo (Tresemme is a good one...which you can pick up at the drugstore). And always put conditioner in your hair. Don't use the 2in1 cause they don't work the same. And twice a week, after you've shampoo'd and conditioned your hair, put a treatment leave in conditioner cream on your hair. Also if you're going to be swimming outdoors, slather on that leave in conditioner to help it from getting more damaged from the sun and chlorine.
Oh and also, get regular trims like every 6-9 weeks to get rid of damaged hair. Because with damaged hair..when it grows it starts to split..and the split will rise up to even the healthy part of the hair making it look...even more damaged.
Eating right also makes a big difference in the condition of your hair.
Hope it helps.
use MOISTURIZING shampoo that will help u and u could also use vitamin e that makes ur hair shy and make it strong
There are hair products that make lines for "damaged hair" and make shampoos, conditioners and leave-ins specially for damaged hair. I prefer the ones with proteins. i dont recommend the cheap walmart products..except maybe Infusim it contains many amino acids int he ingredients.
use shampoos/conditioners with proteins and let them sit in your hair to let hair absorb them
