Diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
what ever you do DONT TAKE DIET PILLS!. All they do is remove ur water weight and u just think u lost weight but u didnt lose any fat at all.i recomend running and drinking lost of water for losing fat
Probably all of them work in the very short term, but they are not a good idea.
Xenical, which was previously available only by prescription, will become available in a smaller dose as alli next month. This impedes fat absorption and is known to work, but of course, has its not-so-pleasant side effects.
Honey dont even think in that direction, believe me when I say NONE of them work.
I doubt any of them work long term, all they really do is curb your appetite. Since they do not require FDA approval, no different than vitamin supplements, they are free to make all kinds of outlandish claims. Think of it this way, if they really worked, would we be one of the most obese Nations in the world??
To lose weight, providing you have no medical problem creating weight gain, eat healthy and burn more calories than you take in.
i have found a natural "diet pill" that works
it's not really a diet pill
it's a supplement
flaxseed oil
it's an omega 3 fatty acid
it helps you feel full sooner
You should not use diet pillls without checking with your Dr. at 5' 6" 120 lbs you are not over waight to start with, try working out and toning up. Most diet pills are caffine to start with or afreadrine I would stay away from them and go with a more natural method of weight loss.
I'd stay away from them if I were you. I don't think you'd lose a lot of weight, and I don't think the ingredients are good for you, anyway. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't, and all those weight loss claims sound just too fantastic.
The only diet pill that has a chance of working is one that controls your appetite. I tried Hoodia and that didnt work. I am now trying Rimonabant from http://www.4-rx.net and it seems to be helping. It is prescription strength.
