I've tried it. I think it's gonna be a pretty good product for me seeing as I eat atleast a little bit of fat with every meal. But you have to diet and definately exercise with it. It aint no magic pill with people only having an average weight loss of 5-10 pounds in 6 months according to studies. Anyways....
