Why do you need a diet pill?? They are all dangerous. If you want to lose weight, then exercise. If there was a "magic pill" to do the work for you, it would be very expensive.
No diet pill is safe. If there were one, everybody would be slim. But yes u really hv to go for one, then u can go for the Herbal Powders. The best one I have seen is the One offered by Herbal Life.
don't take pills .exercise is best. Truely. Pills are not good for you no matter what they are. Read Kevin Treudua books and you will find out why not. Hydroxy-cut has been tested by a few of my friends and it did reflect results and does curb the apetite, but excercise does help and dose give you more energy to asist with weight loss

To be honest, there isn't one that is both safe and effective. The best way to lose weight is to increase your physical activity and decrease your caloric intake by about 500 calories a day. But, if one ever comes out that is safe and effective - i'll be buying it, too.
Forget about diet pills, just eat right and exercise. It's the only way to go.
There is no such thing as a "safe" diet pill.
They all use the same or similar ingredients. Hoodia, hydrocitric acid, synephrine, caffeine, garcinia cambogia and the list goes on. You can use the term "diet pills", or, you can use the term "thermogenics", which means any chemical that increases your metabolic rate and produces heat.
Everyone must tell their doctor first that they want to take diet pills before they start using them. Often times, they can have insidious effects on your heart. Your doctor might know something about your health that you haven't considered, which might not make a diet pill right for you.
In all fairness, they can be very effective for weight loss, but short term only. I know people who have lost 30 lbs in 30 days using them, but two months later, they have gained 40 lbs.
Try using nutrition and exercise first. Don't do the thing where you only eat carrots and celery, or something like that. Yuck!
Instead, eat the foods you enjoy, but in smaller quantities, and gradually work in fresh vegetables and fruits in, along with unprocessed carbohydrates, like brown rice and whole grain bread (do not use whole wheat bread) and sweet potato (no butter please!).
Exercise easy, starting off with two 20 min workouts each week, and eventually work your way up to three 40 min workouts each week. Keep it real, keep it simple, and keep it true to yourself.
Lastly, seek out knowledgeable people, and people who will give you positive reinforcement and good spirit. That might be the most important ingredient for achieving your health goals.

None really work. Read the labels...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.
