Do diet pills really work?
Question:
no
Not anymore! Since ephedrine became illegal to put in diet pills, they are useless!
Only if you exercise & eat right. In the long run, they aren't worth it.
no
noooooooooo.
Diet Pills are meant for a boost. In order to see results, you still have to eat healthy and exercise. There is no such thing as an easy weight loss.
NEVER EVER take diet pills. You can lose weight without diet pills. There are alot of diet pills that could kill you out here. Go see a doctor and ask he/she what are the best ones, because there are weirdos on this site
No, they don't work. The ones that speed you up can make you lose weight but it is at the price of the health of your heart---so not worth it.
Best thing is to do it naturally with diet and exercise. God, I hate that fact.
Yes they do work, and then you have a heart attack and die. Just ask my Aunt.
no they dont. they screw up ur body its like drugs
I don't think they work. Ask your doctor. Doctors, unlike TV commercials, can't lie to you.
No. have you ever noticed that they say they work WITH proper exercise and a good healthy diet.? you don't need the pills. the exercise and good diet is all you need. good luck
no, some even make you sick according to my sis in law
Do can for some people but i'd be very careful with any diet pills b/c they are not FDA regulated, which means there is little testing on their effectiveness and their long term effects. I used a fat burner and it did help speed up the process and give me more energy BUT the majority of the work was done by a very strict diet and exercise regimen
No, and I would be careful of their false advertisement. Most likely we are paying for their advertising cost, not whats in the content. The bottle label lies since FDA does not enforce law for it to be accurate. Meanwhile so many company uses as a experimental pigs to make billions until something happens, and then do a recall. The best diet would be A LOT of water, fruits and veggies 5 to 6 meals per day. And at least would do 3 times a week work out. I know, I know...but you just have to do it....
No diet pills dont work. Not only that but they are highly unsafe.
If you are wanting to lose weight safely and effectively, start by talking to your doctor and ask for a referal to a nutritionist.
the newest weapon on the arsenal for the battle of the bulge is Alli..and it cost about $50.00 bucks a month..but you still have to watch your diet and exercise..you Will not over eat certain fattening foods ..you will have anal leakage and gas.
But it could work if you followed the directions on the package..it could work if you diet and exercise..just make sure what you are taking as they suggest you wear dark pants and have extra clothing to take to work in case you have an accident..good luck
Some do. I know a diet drink, a powder you mix w/ water worked well for my bf, it's called Almasted. He lost a lot of weight fast. You can buy it off the internet, just type it in yahoo search. But you have to have good self control, cuz you can't eat food with it, just drink the mix, water, & veggie broth. To get the max benefit, you need to exercise while taking it. After you go off of it, you need to keep exercising & eat well to keep the weight off.
meridia and xenical worked for my grandpa he lost 2 pounds in a week
Sorry. I wont suggest diet pills. It may work. But would definitely have side effects. Natural and home remedy is the best.
~Diet pill, no they don't work. A doctor can prescribe an "Appetite Suppressant," but they only curb your appetite for a short time and are very addictive. You need to change your eating habits rather than dieting, and exercises. Have you thought about walking or water aerobics?
Good luck.~
Some of them do!! I'd go to www.micronutra.com and they have a couple of all natural weight loss supplements.
some do , most don't.
Do not take any over the counter diet pills without consulting your doctor first. Many contain ingredients that can lead to heart attacks and other problems. Eating a diet low in fat, high in protein and dietary fibre and getting regular excercise will burn the fat increase muscle and give you a fine sculpted shape. Drinking plenty of water will help curb your appetite rid the body of toxins and excess fluid retention.
Good Luck!
If you are serious about dieting, do it, without pills. Most of the pills were nothing but caffeine or basically speed. Nowadays its all organic and does zip. Exercise and watch what you eat.
