Answer:
hydroxycut works. but u must workout. but drink plenty of water threw out the day. cut out pop. cut out junk food ( still have a small portion once a week) eat more fruits n veggies n less fried foods.it will drop off fast. ull lose inches first n then lbs
I wouldn't suggest pills. Just diet and exercise.
I tried them, but didn't like them. They made me feel too jittery and shakey.
It sounds like you're doing really well with your diet and exercise.
Make sure you give your body enough rest as well though. Don't over-do it. Lift weights every OTHER day. It gives your muscles time to heal themselves and you'll actually see better results.
I do cardio 5 days a week, M-F, and weights 3 days a week, MWF, and I rest (and play) on the weekends.
You should lose about 2-3 pounds per week if you're really focused and dedicated, as well as healthy and realistic.
Listen, all these over the counter diet pills suck, even the new Alli sucks. The results are close to nothing, even prescription weight loss drugs dont produce much results. The only thing hydroxycut might do is give you a little bit of energy, it doesnt really do much for weight loss. The old ephedra version was at most decent. I mean with ephedra you can maybe lose an extra 2 pounds a month if you do things right.
Now just stick to cardio + diet and you can lose 12 pounds safely in a month. 3 pounds a week isnt a problem if you also include weight training.
