Havent' tried it but it seems promising. Its supposed to be a fat blocker so if you eat too much fat you'll be in the bathroom for a while. I like the idea that it is an aid to diet and exercise and not a miracle drug that people think they can just take and do nothing else.
I think it will be great if it is truly useful in obesity

I am using it and so far so good I used it when you had to have a prescription and I have lost 15 pounds so far. I like it because I don't need a prescription any more. Yes, you have to eat right and exercise but I think its great.
