What have you heard about the diet pill "Alllie"? DOes it really work?
Question:
THE ONLY WAT TO LOSE WEIGHT SAFELY IS THROUGH EXERCISE AND CLEANSING..
My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology...:)the first time I did it, I lost 13 pounds in 9 days:).
cleansewithcgnj. com
It will change your life:)
No, I've heard of ADDIE (Adderall), but that's just prescription speed for kids with ADHD. It works, but as soon as you stop taking it, you blow up like a freakin balloon. I think it seriously screws with you metabolism.
What Allie does is absorb the fat from your food and sends it immediately to your digestive track. It does help you lose but not very much. It does not take away your craving for food (not an appetite suppressant). For example if you lose 8 lbs by dieting and exercising alone, you can expect to lose 10 lbs by using Allie. I wouldn't touch it because the side effects are awful. Example: sudden loose stools. Meaning it can hit you immediately and you may not be able to get to a bathroom in time. I know this sounds gross, but you have very oily sudden loose stools. Too me it's not worth the gross side effects especially when you consider the small amount of weight you'll lose. If you don't diet and exercise you won't lose anything.
Alli is a low dose of the rx med Xenical. Basically what it does is prevent the absorption of fats through the gastrointestinal tract. So, if you eat fat, your body won't absorb it, meaning it'll have to go out. You'll have diarrhea every time you eat fat. Not nice. But certainly you will lose weight because you'll stop eating fats to avoid the side effects of the pill. This kind of pills are recommended to people who can't lose weight with proper diet and exercise.
