if i were you i would probably not choose diet pills because it's not good for your body its a bad way to have a diet with that.i will give you a proof...one of my friends bought a diet pill too just like you and he bought the expensive one so that to be sure that it really works, then after a few months i see him still fat and just lose very few pound..i ask him if you still uses the diet pills and he said yes but i don;t see any difference from his body for months...i really suggest that you go for a healthy diet coz NATURAL IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN ARTIFICIAL...let me share you my story.last year i was fat too, then i decided to exercise 1-3 hrs a day and follow the natural way about eating techniques to lose weight.and you know what for 1 year i lose weight a lot...now i became active and fit..so if you want a natural and healthy diet go to this website..

and you should also eat a lot of dietary fibers such as Whole grain bread, Oatmeal- cooked, 100% All Bran, Corn Flakes..fruits that's high in fiber. Blackberries, Pear...to help u lose weight faster..thay will help u a lot and exercise more often, be sure to sweat because according to studies any activities that makes you sweat will help you lose some weight......and remember that when you are trying to lose weight you should burn more calories than you take in coz if not it would be useless.......

I have not bought them yet due to the very unpleasant potential side effects. I am going to wait and see what others think after they have been on the market awhile. I could not have the side effects!
