Alli Diet Pills? read details?
Question:
Answer:
Alli?? 2 words....... Anal Leakage! this is the side effect of this product. they recomend to always have a change of clothes with you when you are on these pills.. Something to think about huh?? I would rather keep being fat!
I never heard of Alli diet pills, but if you are serious about losing weight then try some sort of exercise with a diet pill, even if it means walking for ten minutes, diet pills speed up your metabolism but they don't work as well on their own, compared to having a good diet and some exercise with them
THE ONLY WAT TO LOSE WEIGHT SAFELY IS THROUGH EXERCISE AND CLEANSING..
My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology...:)the first time I did it, I lost 13 pounds in 9 days:).

It will change your life:)
You really have to exercise to continue to lose weight. By building muscles, your body will burn more calories and fat even when you're NOT exercising.
The trouble with Alli is that you HAVE to eat a lowfat diet, if you want to avoid the nasty side effects (like bad stomach cramps, diarrhea, anal leakage)...so if you're eating a low fat diet, how do you know if any weight lost is due to eating healthy, or some diet pill?

I would be really careful with this diet pill stuff. I heard Alli diet pills aren't very good for you. Plus you have to remember that you cant be on a diet pill forever, so once you get off it your going to gain the weight right back if your not using moderation when eating and exercising regularly. Just something to keep in mind,
For one, Xenical hasn't lived up to its promise; some doctors have found it to offer marginal benefit in clinical practice. At half the prescription strength, Alli is likely to be even less effective. Data presented to the FDA suggest that Alli works best in those who are very overweight, that it must be used in conjunction with a low-fat, reduced-calorie diet, and that results are modest. In clinical trials, severely overweight subjects who took the drug for six months lost about 5 pounds more than those taking a placebo. In a separate four-month trial, moderately overweight people lost about 2 1/2 pounds more than the control group. Benefits are also likely to be short-lived. Alli is marketed for short-term use only, and follow-up suggests that people start to regain weight once they stop taking it.

You can lose all the weight you want without excercise while on alli. However to do that your diet would have to be very very healthy. They recommend about 15 grams of fat per meal to avoid the side effects (oily stool) but if you decide not to excercise I'g go as low as about 10 per meal.
The problem you could run into however with not getting physically activity is the skin from the fat you lose could become soft and start to somewhat look saggy. So i would try to put at least 15 minutes into some light toning and cardio/ day. You just have the motivate yourself. I say get that light workout in daily while on alli but you do what suits what you want to do. To read more about alli and why its work thats way.. go to:

I started taking it on 6-16. I weighed 210 that morning. This morning 6-20, I weighed 204.4. I have eaten less than 15 grams per meal everyday, except one dinner. I worked in my garden for a couple hours the friday prior, and a couple days ago, I rode my bike for 40 min. Other than that, I'm a part time college student and full time mom and wife. So I'm pretty happy with the results so far.
Go to amazon.com and read what users say about ANY diet pill. Beware, there is usually one or two put out by manufacturer or sales people, but most are honest users. Also look up something like 2 fat chicks on a diet...they review such things.
i dont know if this will change your decision, but i was reading about alli (because we sell it at work and it's handy to know about) and they said, nicely of course, that you need to wear dark bottoms because you might crap yourself without knowing.
and even if you did loose weight, without exercise, you'll be left wil excess skin that only flabs
Not much. It's pointless to buy a pill to lose weight. If you quit Alli, you're going to GAIN every single pound back. You need to do the diet/exercise and Alli will just by your "ally" in all of this.
