If you are breastfeeding it isn't okay to take diet pills. There are different kinds of exercises you can do at home or gym or walk around the park and so on. Eat a balance meal. Also drink plenty of water. Eat high on fiber and eat healthy. Try not to eat high on salt nor a lot of sugar.You can also go to the GNC store and ask what they have for you. NO. If you need that extra help, don't feel guilty for using it. But you will put it all back on if you don't take that time while you are on diet pills to also change some habits, like what you eat and how you exercise. You cannot maintain weight loss if you don't change your habits.

Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it. If you are breastfeeding, there are serious dangers that you might cause for your child.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.
