NO. Do not mix. I wouldn't mix any pills without asking your doctor or pharmacist. I heard today that Alli is only a supplement. If you lose 10 #'s normally, it would only help you lose a total of 15# by taking that pill. It's not that great and it has to work with a low fat/low carb diet. I say if your on those 2 diets already, why spend lot's of money taking pills because you can lose weight with those diets, eat plenty of fruits/veges, drink lots of water and walk 30 min a day. That will do the trick. Don't waist money on pills, just buy good foods for that price! Good luck!
I don't believe any testing has been done on the combined effects of those two drugs. Two harmless diet drugs can cause harmful side effects when combined..Remember Phen-fen 2 diet drugs used for years suddenly cause heart damage and death when combined. DONT DO IT! At least not before asking a doctor or pharmacist.
Have you READ the side effects of Alli? I wouldn't take that one at ALL. And hoodia doesn't work -- it's useless herbal junk. It's better to change your diet and start exercising instead of relying on "quick fix" pills.
I wouldn't.watch out for the alli.I have heard on the news you should probably take a spare set of clothes with you to work because it might give you the runs.
No, you shouldn't and why would you? You can only lose so much weight so fast. Alli is about the safest diet pill to you as you have to work on your own a little to allow alloi to help you lose weight. Using hoodia with alli will do no good in fact it could hurt your body.
Do not mix diet pills and make sure you keep you fat per meal below 15g. if you take alli. For every 5 lbs you lose alli will help knock off an additional 2-3 lbs but do not mix diet pills.
