Do any of those diet pills on t.v really work?
Question:
Don't waste your money...
This what I know about weight loss pills from infomercials.. and that is even if they do work you take the weigh off too fast and as soon as you stop the meds you gain the weight back and usually double. But most dont work at all. I am sorry, think of it this way... it took nine months to put on the weight and usually 2 years to take off all the weight, that is what my dr said to me. Give yourself a break you just gave birth.
they do you more harm then good. you need to make a lifestyle change to maintain and keep the weight off. popping pills might take the weight off for a few weeks but youll end up gaining even more.
I hope you don't believe everything you see on teevee -- especially the commercials. If any of those things worked, you'd have to mortgage your house to afford them.
All they are, literally, is a cheap form of low dose speed.
That's why they make your metabolism faster.
No, they're not good for you. The FDA hasn't approved any but that new one for a reason.
nope... because they use chemicals and give bad damage to your body when you're older...
There is a brand new one out right now called Alli. It is the first diet pill to be approved by the FDA. It was a prescription only until recently (June 14th). Now you can buy it over the counter. It claims to help you loose 50% more than dieting alone.
One negative side effect, if you eat more than 14 grams of fat at one time it can cause you to basically poop your pants.

There actually a new diet pill out call Alli that everyones raving about. It's the very first FDA approved over-the-counter diet pill to hit the market. It's a product of GlaxoSmithKline. It helps you lose more 50% more weight than you could have with exercise & diet alone by blocking 1/4th of the fat you eat. I'm gonna to start it next week, but it does have some side effects if you don't heed the warnings. Otherwise, everything I've heard has been really positive.
If you do decide to buy it online, it's cheapest at www.drugstore.com, they actually have free shipping and you can get $10 off with a coupon from www.bradsdeals.com, the very last link below.
