Recommendations and/or experience with diet pills that WORK?
Question:
I am over weight and I do work out for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. Or may I say I walk on the treed mill and I change my exercise. So each day it is a new work out. My goal it to burn at least 100 calories each work out! But it just seems not to be working as effective as I wish. So along with changing my diet I want to try a dietary supplement. With that said, I would like to have any feed back on good or bad supplements and how they worked or did not work!!
